ATOMS portfolio company Intellihot acquired

ATOMS is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Intellihot Inc was acquired by Zurn Elkay (NYSE: ZWS). Intellihot is a Galesburg, IL-based manufacturer of high-efficiency tankless water heating and heat pump solutions.  Headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, Zurn Elkay supplies clean water solutions for drinking water, hygiene and sustainable water management. Rainmaker served as placement agent for the transaction.
